TAI-CHI & Flax Seed

I have been listening a book on CD titled “Healthy Aging: A Lifelong Guide to Your Well-Being” by Andrew Weil. The book a little dry and monotonous, but I find that the information provided is very well balanced. Of particular interest were the references to exercise like tai-chi, yoga, and pilates to help the elder regain some control and balance which results in less falls (broken hips, etc). The book also mentions specific benefits associated with some foods, like flax seed and ginger to reduce inflammation. I plan to experiment with these foods to hopefully help with pain in my wrists, which I have been experiencing for 3-4 years now. I am 34. I was wondering if you offered this type of exercises and health foods (dietary supplements) in the adult family home you opened in 2006. -Rocio
